Activation Guide for CEH iLab
Special note: When creating an account, under the Center section, please select EC-Council International. If you choose incorrectly, you will not be able to redeem your access code.
Hello and welcome to iLabs!
iLabs is EC-Council's official virtual lab system. Your Access Code / Training Key will grant you direct access to the labs corresponding to your course. The guide below will walk you through the entire process: account creation → access code registration → launching your first Lab session.
Step 1 — Access the registration page
Open your browser and go to:
https://eccouncil.learnondemand.net/User/Register?OrganizationId=1133
Step 2 — If you already have an account
Select Login and log in with your username and password.
Step 3 — If you don't have an account yet
Enter your basic information and select Save.
Important Note:
- You must use a valid email address to register.
- When creating an account, under the Center section, please select EC-Council International. If you choose incorrectly, you will not be able to redeem your access code.
Step 4 — Redeem your access code
Select Redeem Training Key and enter your Access Code / Training Key (if the field is not pre-filled automatically).
Step 5 — Launch your first Lab session
Select Courses and start the practical session by opening the Lab Profile corresponding to your course (e.g., Course Name – …).
- Please access your LMS account (yourname@security365.vn) to view the curriculum and official video lectures + practical guides, as well as Vietnamese materials including documents, audio, and an overview of eHacking knowledge. It is recommended to read the Vietnamese materials and listen to the audio + watch the videos first.
Things to know
1. Validity Period: 6 months Your Lab environment is valid for 6 months from the date you register. Please plan your study and practice time wisely to make the most of it.
2. Get familiar with iLabs before starting You will spend a fair amount of time in the Lab environment throughout your learning journey. To maximize your time and the value of the course, we highly recommend you launch the “Hyper-V Connectivity Test” course in the course catalog before starting any labs.
- You need to search for this module in the catalog.

- This session only takes about 15 minutes, helping you fully test your connection and familiarize yourself with the Lab environment and content navigation.

- If you skip this module, you will miss many important features that make manipulating the Lab environment much easier!
3. Technical Support
- Tier 1 support is available via the “Contact Us” page in the left-hand menu. Here you will find a toll-free number, email, and Skype account with a support team ready to help you with LMS or Lab-related issues.

- Questions regarding academic content should be directed to your instructor.

- If you encounter technical issues related to content, please contact Tier 1 support; your case will be escalated to the appropriate department.
4. Virtual Machine Tips Remember: these are hacking labs, and misconfiguring machines can lead to unexpected results. If you exit the Lab environment without saving and then relaunch, the Virtual Machines will be "reset" to their initial operational state. This is a useful way to recover when a machine is misconfigured.
